| Dear Sir
My personal belief is that extra powers should be granted to the Welsh Assembly. I believe that Railway Policy in Wales should be decided and promoted by the Welsh Assembly, which should be allowed full control of all transport matters. As Scotland and Northern Ireland have been given these powers, I strongly believe that Wales should be placed in a similar position. The Welsh Assembly is noticeably closely tuned to the needs and beneficial development of Railways in Wales. I consider it most necessary that extra powers are granted to the Assembly without delay. Wishing you success
