WRITTEN RESPONSES TO RICHARD COMMISSION CONSULTATIONS

I find the Welsh Assembly to be a bureaucratic waste of resources.  The members chase their own petty prejudices forgetting the needs of the majority.  The very low turn-out for the last election is testament their low impact on the Principality.  The whole system is flawed.  Their powers should be curtailed and certainly not enhanced.  The whole business is a self glorification exercise.
