2. The President and three other representatives of the Associated Law Societies of Wales, at least on of whom shall represent a local law society in North Wales.

3. The Leader of the Wales and Chester Circuit and three other representatives, from the local bars in Cardiff, Chester and Swansea respectively.

4.   One representative from each of three firms of solicitors from the 100 largest firms in England and Wales (as defined in the "Legal 500" or another recognised legal directory), having a significant presence in Wales, to be appointed for three years. The initial firms shall be Edwards Geldard, Eversheds and Morgan Cole, whose representatives shall retire in years 1,2 and 3 respectively and be replaced by a representative of a qualifying firm not then represented on the Committee and if there is more than one such firm, firms shall succeed one another in alphabetical order.

4.   Un cynrychiolydd o bob un o dri chwmni cyfreithwyr o blith y 100 cwmni mwyaf yng Nghymru a Lloegr (fel y’u diffinnir yn y "Legal 500" neu unrhyw gyfeirlyfr cyfreithiol cydnabyddedig arall), sydd â phresenoldeb sylweddol yng Nghymru, i’w penodi am dair blynedd. Y cwmnïau cyntaf fydd Edwards Geldard, Eversheds a Morgan Cole, gyda’u cynrychiolwyr yn ymddeol ym mlynyddoedd 1, 2 a 3 yn y drefn honno gyda chynrychiolydd o gwmni cymwys nad yw’n cael ei gynrychioli ar y Pwyllgor ar y pryd yn cymryd ei le ac os bydd mwy nag un cwmni o’r fath, bydd y cwmnïau yn olynu ei gilydd yn nhrefn y wyddor.
